Why We love our Infrared SaunaUsing infrared light instead of electric heat, these saunas heat the body from within rather than heating surrounding air as a traditional sauna does. This allows for more effective stimulation of blood flow, helping to cleanse the circulatory system and more fully oxygenate the body’s cells as well as better detoxification as toxins flow up from the cellular level out through the skin.
The far infrared heat also penetrates joints, muscles, and tissues, providing lasting pain relief. By reducing soreness on nerve endings, our infrared heat also reduces muscle spasms and helps the body repair damaged cells and tissues. Our Signature II far infrared sauna seats up to two people. If you would like to come as a pair, we ask that you let us know in advance, and there is only a $5 fee for the second person. |
