Therapeutic Cupping

Therapeutic Cupping is a versatile and effective tool for addressing pain, tension and fascial restrictions.  It can be difficult to describe and many people find it intimidating (understandably from the dark marks that can appear!), so I want to offer this chance to see cupping in action, ask questions and give it a try.

We'll also cover some easy applications that can be helpful to use at home!
