Meet the Team
Ryane Hawkins
Owner, Licensed Massage Therapist

"I was fortunate enough to grow up in a family of massage therapists and was therefore
introduced to the many benefits of massage at a young age. I began my official therapeutic massage training in 2004 and first became certified with the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork in 2005. I moved back to Bloomington in 2018 and am so thankful to meet and reconnect with this community which has always felt like home to me.

My goal in every session is to facilitate the physiological and emotional benefits
of therapeutic massage in a safe, relaxing and nurturing environment."

"Through my study of Reiki, Yoga and Meditation, I infuse my
massage sessions with calming energy and body awareness,
creating a deeply restorative experience."

"I have been a massage therapist for the last 4 1/2 years, but have been an advocate for holistic healing for many years. I chose this path because I believe caring for your body in a routine holistic manner is truly the best option for anyone to lead their healthiest life. When I am working with my clients they can expect a consistent and thoughtful session based around our previous conversations. I hope everyone who comes to my table will feel heard and understood in body and mind."

"It is important to me to curate a relaxing and welcoming environment for whoever is on my table. I offer a tailored therapeutic touch while remaining flexible to the goals and capacities of each client.
I am a graduate of the Summer 2022 Ivy Tech 650 hour Massage Therapy program, where I was trained in Assisted Stretching, Deep Tissue, Healing Touch, Myofascial Release, Sports massage, and Swedish techniques.
I have also completed 250+ hour Qigong Teacher Training, and has 3 years experience teaching as an Associate Instructor of Qigong at Indiana University and in a variety of other wellness studio contexts. My deep interest in Qigong, Tai Chi, and White Crane martial arts help to inform and complement my bodywork. "

"I fell in love with bodywork when I trained for Thai Massage as part of my yoga teaching practice. At that point, I realized that placing healing hands on other people can be an indescribably rewarding act of service.
I am a scholar practitioner of Yoga for over 20 years and bring an appreciation of the gift that is human embodiment to each session.
My style is curious, engaged, and client-centered."

"I have been studying, working and teaching in the field of Massage Therapy for 24 years. I was the creator and director of Associates of Integrative Health (AIH), which offered National Board and State Accredited Massage Therapy certification programs for 14 years. The AIH student clinic, community, hospital and university partnerships provided access to bodywork for many people in Bloomington.

My sessions are an individualized blend of both the art & science of several bodywork techniques, including Craniosacral Therapy, Somato Emotional Release, Myofascial Release, Polarity Therapy & Lymphatic Drainage.
I am also incorporating what I've learned over 39 years of self study & formal herbal education, wildcrafting and permaculture gardening.
I welcome clients of all ages, with either acute injury or chronic complex conditions."
